"The customer service was outstanding!!! Charlie was the first person I talked to at 5:30am about the part I needed. I did not have part number so Charlie went out and took pictures of the valve and sent them to me to confirm that this was the correct part that I was looking for. Peter took over for Charlie and arrange shipping for the valve. We needed the part immediately to get the machine running again so not to cause a disruption in the assembly line. Peter took the part to the airport and arranged air freight to fly the part to the Quad Cities Airport so we could get the part the same day. We received the part at 10:00pm the same night, our maintenance crew reassembled the production machine and we were able to avoid costly down time.
